1. Get Fit
Fitness is the most important part of our life we all are ignoring the fitness factor in our daily basis routine 'like we all are not taking our meal at time due to so much rush in life.
When the holiday season over and excesses done - it is time to get into some serious business of tough love as they call it. Getting into a health and fitness regime that suits you requires a little bit of discipline and it’s well worth the effort. And this doesn’t only mean working out and physical activity, but a more comprehensive overhaul on eating healthy and drinking enough of water to flush out toxins and be hydrated enough. And this can be adopted well by taking up one goal at a time. For example, keeping a check on how much water you are drinking per day or sticking to your fitness regime 2 times a week to begin with and then gradually scaling it up to 4 or 5 days a week. Do yoga at early morning
& Follow the rule early to bed & early to rise makes man health wealth & wise
2. Get more rest and sleep
We are not taking proper rest & sleep we have to change that habit because

Spending quality time with family members means a person is giving a memorable moment to our family.
Spending quality time with family and friends is one of the best things you can gift yourself. Making the time to go on that picnic you have been promising your kids, taking the elders out for dinner, meeting up with old friends after a while, and generally creating so many beautiful and cherished memories along the way. Some easy ways to do this is by cutting off time procrastinators like reducing screen time – be it Mobile or TV or creating a family time calendar and committing to it. You could make small plans, to begin with – like having dinner together, doing craft or coloring, reading bedtime stories, or praying together. Soon you would also be making plans to take your loved ones for an outing
We have to change our self not for the other but for our loved ones.
3. Follow your passion
We have to follow our passion to make owe life interesting and joyful.
There are things we do for the pure joy of rejuvenating ourselves, what we are naturally inclined to by interest or talent. These things refuel, energize, and engage us completely. Whatever be your passion, be it photography, painting, cooking, poetry, gardening, dancing – whatever makes you feel upbeat and engrossed- take it up. The experience is exhilarating!
4. Be grateful always
We always thankful to all the thing around us like nature & people it makes us feel positive and down to earth
